Lila Group was founded in 1945 by Mr. Liladhar Mulji Vishram (Chairman) as a trading and commission agency company in a large number of items ranging from grains, pulses, spices, metals, cotton, jute, oils, oilseeds, oilseed extractions, Cattle feed and many more.

At present what we are is, to an extremely great extent, the outcome of the natural process of his hardwork and business acumen. Gradually as times changed during the late seventies, eighties and nineties, we have channelised our energies and assets into forming this LILA Group as one which is professionalised in International Trade
