TC110

EXACT 0201 is an ethylene octene copolymer produced ® using ExxonMobil Chemical's EXXPOL Technology.EXACT 0201 is designed for use in both monolayer and multilayer industrial blown film applications requiring outstanding sealability and toughness.

TC113

OPTEMA TC-113 is an ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer which can be used as an impact modifier or compatibilizer in polymer compounds. It can also be used in coextrusions where adhesion and thermal processing stability are required or as an elastic, tough monolayer film with the addition of additives to allow handling. It has been compounded and processed on typical LDPE compounding equipment at temperatures up to 625.F.

TC114

OPTEMA TC-114 is an ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer specifically formulated to offer extrusion and property performance for blown film applications. It produces a soft, elastic film with good handling characteristics without additional additives. It can produce film under 1.0 mil thickness.

TC115
OPTEMA TC-120 is an ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer which can be used for extrusion lamination and co extrusion applications engineering thermoplastics. It has been processed at temperatures up to where good interlayer adhesion between polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, polycarbonate, PVDC, and other substrates is required. It can also be used as a heat seal layer in co extrusions and extrusion coating, but additional additives or process modifications may be required to prevent chill roll sticking. It has been processed at temperatures up to 625..F without degradation or gel formation.
TC120
OPTEMA TC-120 is an ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer which can be used for extrusion lamination and co extrusion applications engineering thermoplastics. OPTEMA TC-140 is a high flow ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer which can be used in specialty polymer applications such as melt blown nonwoven or hot melt adhesive formulations. It has been processed up to 625....F without degradation or gel formation.
