Recommended blown film extrusion conditions

LL 1004 YB is an LLDPE grade, offering excellent high temperature stability (for castfilm extrusion)

LL 1004 YB is typically used in stretch film.  Properties may be further enhanced by thecombination with Exceed mLLDPE.

Blown film :
Melt temperature : 180 - 220 °C

Cast film :
Melt temperature : 300 - 310 °C
