IOTEK (Ionomers)
IOTEK3110	Due to its outstanding clarity and melt strength, Iotek 3110 is the resin of choice for skin packaging and thermoforming applications. Its excellent oil resistance and high hot tack make it a top performer in demanding sealing applications. Its rheological characteristics and high thermal stability offer good flow properties in co extrusion with e.g. PA and EVA. Its excellent puncture resistance, also at low temperatures, makes it a valuable component of deep-freeze film structures. Its stiffness and flex resistance make it an excellent material in demanding molding applications such as shoe reinforcements.
IOTEK4200	IOTEK 4200 is a zinc ionomer, which offers : - good seal ability, high hot tack and seal through contamination - good adhesion on paper, aluminium, poly-amide and polyethylene. - excellent draw down/neck-in balance in extrusion coating. - film of high impact strength and puncture resistance - low odor It is primarily used for extrusion coating and film co extrusion applications.
IOTEK7010	IOTEK 7010 is a low melt-index zinc ionomer which offers : - high durability and resilience high impact strength - good surface finish - good low temperature mechanical properties It is typically used for sheet and profile extrusion and for injection molding. It is combining good processability with excellent mechanical properties.
IOTEK7020	IOTEK 7020 is a low melt-index zinc ionomer, intended for molding applications. It is typically used for injection molding of items that need to keep good low temperature mechanical properties.
IOTEK7030	IOTEK 7030 is a low melt-index zinc ionomer, primarily intended for molding applications. It is typically used for injection moulding of rigid parts with good surface finish. good combination of processability and mechanical properties.
