Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Limited

INDOTHENE-HD

Product Description and Applications

Indothene - HD is the brand name of high Density Polythylene (HDPE) manufactured and marketed by India Petrochemicals Corporation Limited (IPCl).

Indothene - HD grades are manufactured adopting Gas Phase Fluidised Bed Process of B.P. Chemicals, U.K. at IPCL's Nagothane complex at Maharashtra and by adopting Slurry process of ELENAC, Germany (formerly Hostalen PE GmbH) at IPCL's Gandhar Complex at Gujarat.

Indothene - HD is produced with Butene as comonomer.  The incorporation of comonmer increases the impact strength and environmental stress crack resistance of the Polymer.

Indothene - HD is the brand name of High density Polyethylene (HDPE) manufacturer and marketed by IPCL adopting Gas phase Fluidised bed process of BP Chemicals, UK at its Nagothane complex and with Slurry process of ELENAC (formerly Hostalen PE GmbH),Germany at its Gandhar complex Grades as detailed below are available for varied applications.
