On Thursday, ethylene prices fell in Southeast Asia, while they remained stable in Northeast Asia.
CFR South East Asia ethylene prices were assessed at USD 945-955/mt levels, a decline of USD (-20/mt) from Wednesday’s assessed levels. Weaker upstream energy rates and bearish regional buying momentum pushed prices lower.
CFR North East Asia ethylene prices were assessed at USD 925-935/mt levels, rolled over from the previous day. Prices remained unchanged as subdued regional demand continued to restrain market activity.
