At its Waluj manufacturing facilities (Maharashtra), the certification covers the design, development, marketing and manufacturing of a wide range of films including BOPP (multiple lines), BOPET, CPP films, along with metallizing, coating and extrusion coating processes for diverse applications. The Shendra unit (Maharashtra) is certified for the design, development, marketing and manufacturing of BOPP films through biaxial orientation processes, including metallizing, coating and extrusion coating, catering to various end-use applications. Further, the Karjan facility (Gujarat) certification covers the manufacturing of BOPP films, CPP films, along with metallizing, lamination and coating processes, further strengthening Cosmo Films’ integrated manufacturing capabilities.

As we continue to scale our operations and invest in future-ready capabilities, ensuring the highest standards of occupational health and safety remains integral to our growth journey."
ISO 45001 is an internationally recognised standard that enables organisations to proactively improve injury prevention, reduce workplace risks, and enhance overall employee well-being. The certification underscores Cosmo First’s structured approach to risk management, regulatory compliance, and safety-first culture across its manufacturing footprint.
