National Industrialization Company announces its Board of Directors resolution dated 17 August 2026G corresponding to 4/3/1448H, to accept the resignation of Mr. Fawaz Al-Fawaz from his position as CEO of the Company to retirement, Mr. Fawaz will continue his role as a member of the Board of Directors of National Industrialization Company during the current term.
The resignation will be effective from 30 September 2026G corresponding to 19/4/1448H. The Board and all Company’s employees would like to express their sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Fawaz Al-Fawaz for his role and exceptional efforts in improving the performance of the Company during his tenure, wishing him all the best of luck and success.
The Board has also resolved to appoint Mr. Fahad Al-Mishal as the CEO of the Company starting from 01 October 2026G corresponding to 20/4/1448H.
Mr. Fahad Al-Mishal has over 30 years of experience in the global petrochemical industry, during which he held numerous leadership positions, most notably as Executive Vice President of Finance, Administration, and Marketing at Advanced Petrochemical Company.
Mr. Al-Mishal holds a bachelor’s degree in management and economics from Qatar University and has various post graduate certifications in executive and leadership programs from London Business School, Oxford University, INSEAD in France, and other leading international institutions in the fields of advanced management for senior executives in the petrochemical sector and economic, as well as leadership development.
Mr. Al-Mishal also serves on the Board of Directors of National Industrialization Company (TASNEE) and board of directors of Canadian Medical Center Company.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tasnee and Sahara Olefins Company, the Saudi Polyolefins Company, the Saudi Ethylene and Polyethylene Company, and the Saudi Acrylic Acid Company.
