PolyFlex Thermoform is an innovative recycle-ready packaging solution designed to replace hard-to-recycle thermoforming formats. The development combines high barrier performance, product protection and shelf-life benefits with improved recyclability, supporting customers on their sustainability journey.

Apprentice or Trainee of the Year: Alex Hitchmough, Engineering Technician, Coveris Winsford
Since completing his multi-skilled engineering apprenticeship, Alex has continued to expand his expertise through further technical qualifications while making a real impact on site performance. His work has helped improve efficiency, reduce downtime and support safety improvements, demonstrating technical skill, teamwork and commitment to continuous improvement.
Unsung Hero: Mike Richardson, Technical & Quality Director, Coveris Winsford
Mike has played a pivotal role in the success and evolution of Coveris Winsford throughout a career spanning more than 40 years. From supporting major investments and product innovation to mentoring colleagues and leading both sustainability and community initiatives, his contribution has helped shape the business both on site and beyond.
